Gerald M. Steinberg is a professor in the Political Studies Department and Director of Arms Control Projects at the Begin-Sadat Center for Strategic Studies at Bar Ilan University, Ramat Gan, Israel. His activities include participation in the track-two meetings of the Multilateral Working Group on Arms Control and Regional Security (ACRS) sponsored by the University of California, and in the Mediterranean Seminars of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).
